I had written before about a mouse getting into our bathroom Here.
Last night, the exact same thing happened!! We had just watched UFC 86, and 2 Stargate Atlantis episodes from the end of Season 4, in preparation for the Season 5 next friday, and decided to take a quick shower before bed. It was about 2am. We're getting ready, when this not so bright mouse decides that instead of running away into a corner, it would charge us in the bathroom.
Now I wouldn't say that Lee let a girly scream go, but the last thing you expect is for a mouse to charge you, and he did let a yelp go. Those little buggers are fast! It even ran over his foot in an attempt to do a late 180, and ran by my feet and under the washer.
I might have had time to catch it before it ran under the washer if I wasn't laughing so hard. We ended up catching it again the same way as last time. Instead of just letting it go outside, I let it go on the grass right in front of Rocky. Last I saw him he was running after it.
Years ago we had mice in the house every now and then, and now all of a sudden we've had like 3 sightings in the past month. Not sure why...
Sure was a hoot tho!
I have a puddy tat at my place too. We used to have 2, but both my girls developed allergies to her so we found her a nice home with an elderly couple. She is a himalayan-siamese cross and is an absolute princess. Never liked getting dirty, bathed all the time! She would go outside, but I often watched her carefully pick her way around possible dirt patches.
